Where are your shoes designed and made?

All our shoes are designed exclusively by us in the UK. They are made abroad.

What are your shoes made from?

All our shoes feature genuine leather uppers - usually cow or buffalo - and genuine cow leather lining. Part of the lining also uses fabric. Most of our soles are synthetic rubber.

Can you deliver internationally?

At the moment we deliver within the UK, to USA and to 20 other European Union countries. We are hoping to go further in the near future but don't have a precise timeline on this yet.

Do you make shoes in a size 6? Do you make shoes in a size 13?

All our shoes range from a UK size 7 – 12 (EU 41 – 47) and unfortunately we don’t make shoes in any sizes other than this.

I have wide feet. Will your shoes work for me?

All our shoes are a standard/medium width fit, like the ones you would find in most High Street stores. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer a wider fitting at this time.

Do you have a showroom or any outlets where I can see the shoes?

We are an online only store so we don’t have any showrooms or outlets that supply our shoes. All our shoes are designed and sold exclusively by us over the internet.

What are the different ways I can buy your shoes?

How do I know if the shoes will fit me?

Can I buy more than one pair?

Yes of course - in fact this entitles you to a free upgrade to our premium delivery (not all postcodes). However, if you're a first time buyer we would recommend starting with 1 pair to make sure our sizing is right for you.

What happens if I need to return the shoes?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on unworn shoes and we are always happy to take them back for any reason during this time. You can either request an exchange or a refund.
