Returns Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We're happy to take shoes or belts back for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked - for any reason (or even no reason whatsoever), subject to our terms and conditions. Here's what you need to do if you are returning items back to us.

Step 1 - Email us

Please email us at web@cooganlondon.com providing your order number, and whether you would like an exchange or refund (we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders). If an exchange please let us know what you'd like instead. We'll get back to you within 1 working day.

Step 2 - Print returns slip

We'll email you an RMA Packing Slip. Please print this out and place it inside the shoe/belt box. If you don't have access to a printer you can write the information on this packing slip by hand on a piece of paper and place that inside the shoe/belt box instead.

Step 3 - Pack the shoes

Please pack the shoes or belts in their original, unused, saleable condition. You can re-use the original courier bag (please do not use the shoe/belt box as outer packaging or write / stick anything on the box). 

Step 4 - Post them back

The returns address is shown on the bottom half of the RMA Packing Slip. Post the shoes/belts back to us. You can send them back via any service of your choice (UK customers can use services such as Royal Mail, Collect+, EVRi or any other courier you prefer). We always recommend getting proof of postage. For international returns, in order to avoid delays with Customs, please ensure you mention on the paperwork that you are sending the shoes/belts back to us as a 'Returns Shipment'. 

Costs

Please note you will need to pay return postage costs. If you paid for your order with next day delivery, we are unable to refund the delivery charges. For international orders (where any returns will need to be sent back to our UK warehouse), the delivery surcharge and any duties and sales taxes are not refunded. We only refund return postage if there is a fault with the shoes/belts or if we have made a mistake. A re-packing charge may be applied if our returns process is not followed. 

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD

We've extended the returns period during the festive season. Any shoes ordered between 1st November 2024 and 25th December 2024 can now be returned for an exchange or a refund until 25th January 2025.
